A 1-0 defeat in Salzburg last night after City dominated the possession saw manager "ANDYB" slam his players in the dressing room after the match.  The midfield players were lazy last night and produced nothing on the field of play and City's high profile front three Mbuemo, Osimhen and Haaland were so wasteful with their chances that many of the traveling fans left the game early to come home....
City's form has been very erratic over the last 6 matches 2 wins 1 draw and 3 losses no consistency and fans becoming very irritated with the performances.
The boss called the players in early this morning for an emergency meeting and news coming out of the club are that the Board back the manager and that changing the squad is likely to be the way forward.....

German club Eintracht Frankfurt earned a 2-2 draw tonight under new Head Coach "CHELSEABLUES" the new look starting 11 fought back from 2-0 against Club Brugge with goals from Collins on 47 minutes and one of the new signings Max Beier off the bench on 73 minutes.
There were not many chances in the game from either side and a draw was a fair result, something for the boss to continue building.
The club have confirmed the rumours that they have approached Real Madrid regarding a deal for French international Kylian Mbappe and the Madrid boss is open to doing a deal for the right price...

After an indifferent start to the season PSG are starting to turn it on with a 9 game unbeaten run currently from league and Champions League and top Champions League qualifying.
A 2-0 win at Villareal on Wednesday with goals from Rayan Cherki for his 4th of the season and German Valera with his 13th in 18 games.
Vitinha and Cerki were pulling the strings in the midfield on Wednesday night and Kohn had a quiet match in goal.

Tonight back to league action at the Parc Des Princes as managerless Bristol City are the visitors and PSG fans will be expecting a win and plenty of goals against the strugglers.  More goals will be expected from the 30 goals partnership of Valera/Ramos in attack with Vitinha supplying the attacks and could be his last game at the club with Real Madrid testing the PSG resolve on signing the player.

Villareal 0-2 PARIS ST GERMAIN

Its a win but have to be disappointed after 74% possession dominating the match but only 2 goals to show.
Cherki and Valera with the goals, was a good team performance just wanted more goals.  Top of qualifying with 3 wins and looking good for last 16 as we should be making....

Borussia Dortmund 1-0 NEWCASTLE UNITED
BVB Arena

Disappointed with our 1-0 defeat at Dortmund last night so its 6pts from 9 so far cant afford to many defeats to make last 16.
We had 55% possession but not create too many chances and we certainly wasted those chances, we need to play better.

Molde 0-11 PORTSMOUTH

Stunning performance and my best ever result as we destroyed Molde with an 11 goal blast.
19 shots on target and scored 11 of them through Conor Chaplin and Colby Bishop both scoring 4 each then Joao Vitor with 2 from midfield and 1 for Joao.
Declan Rice was immense in midfield and the whole team put a top class performance....

Benfica produced a dominant away display to defeat AS Roma 4–0 in their Europa League Qualifying clash at the Stadio Olimpico. Benfica made the perfect start when midfielder Dantas opened the scoring in the 5th minute following clever play from  Hansen-Aarøen. Controlling possession throughout, Benfica doubled their lead through Luis Semedo on 21 minutes before N'Golo Kanté added a third moments later. Roma threatened at times, but goalkeeper André Onana produced several excellent saves to keep the hosts at bay. The victory was sealed in the 78th minute when Leonardo finished from close range, capping a commanding Benfica performance in Rome.
